Developer Tag in Microsoft Office 2007

1. Right click on the Excel (or any office 2007 application) menu (not the ribbon, but the menu with Home, Insert, Page Layout, etc.).
2. Select "Customize Quick Access Toolbar"
3. Go to Popular area in the form that shows up.
4. Check the box that says "Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon".
